A new report says Columbia, Maryland, ranks Number One among all U-S cities for women, while Baltimore ranks about midway on the list. The report comes from WalletHub, a personal finance website. The website compared more than 180 cities according to categories such as median earnings for women and the quality of women’s hospitals. Baltimore came in about midway on the list — at Number 107.
