Minority-owned businesses are getting some support from Governor Moore. He spent yesterday at Bowie State University for the Maryland Minority Business Counts event. The program helps create opportunities for small business owners across the state. Moore plans to appoint a Minority Business Enterprise Ombudsman in the near future.
