There are more details in the child sex abuse case against former Somerset County, Pennsylvania 911 coordinator Brad Lavan. Borough Police began investigating him on January 25th after reports of alleged abuse were received. According to affidavits, the alleged abuse occurred between January of 2021 and January of this year, when some of the children were at Lavan’s home for sleepovers or play dates with his children. Some of the abuse occurred in the presence of other children. Lavan was charged late last week in five individual cases.
