Somerset, Pennsylvania officials are hoping to open a Marshall’s Store in the Commons area on North Center Avenue sometime this fall. A site plan and development application were approved Monday by the county to enable a Pittsburgh developer to add the over 20,000 square foot store. Loading dock construction is expected to take eight weeks with a September 5th start date.
