A Pennsylvania woman will remember a Maryland State Police Sergeant for the rest of her life. Wednesday afternoon, a 69-year-old woman was behind the wheel of a van in Frederick County when she left the roadway and ended up in an embankment. Her vehicle immediately went up in flames and she was rescued by Sergeant Brian Blubaugh and several other people. It’s still not clear what caused the crash.
