Berkeley Springs resident Kelby Ryan Lester, who was the front seat passenger in a car that went off the road in Frederick County earlier this month, has died from his injuries. The August 17th crash happened on Winchester Boulevard, near Mountville Road in the Adamstown area. The crash remains under investigation.
