Fifty-two-year-old Christopher Smith is being charged in a crash last weekend, during which two women were killed. The accident took place on Whetsell Settlement Road in Preston County. As police arrived, Smith was seen giving CPR to a female victim; she was eventually declared dead, and the body of another female victim was found near the scene. Smith had the distinct odor of alcohol on his breath; his blood alcohol level was .204. He has been charged with two counts of DUI with death, and is free on a $100,000 bond.
