FROSTBURG MAN SERVED GRAND JURY INDICTMENT

Frostburg resident James Paul Larue was served a grand jury indictment for possession of CDS, possession with intent to distribute, and distribution. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center, pending a bail review.
