An unidentified 17-year-old and his 20-year-old passenger were killed in a head-on crash in Somerset Saturday morning. Somerset resident Judy Braxton was southbound on South Edgewood Avenue, when she failed to negotiate a turn, hitting a vehicle with the teenager and his passenger, identified as Rachel Maldonado of Somerset. Both were pronounced dead at the scene. Braxton and her passenger, Steven Murphy were taken to UPMC-Somerset with minor injuries.
