The West Virginia Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission will begin interviews to replace a couple of retiring judges soon. There is a long list of applicants to replace Judge Duke Bloom on the 13th Judicial Circuit Court. In the 14th Judicial Circuit Court where Judge Richard Facemire is leaving, they will have five to interview. Finalists will eventually be handed to Governor Justice for his final decision.
