Maryland gas prices are up slightly. Triple-A reports the statewide average price for regular was up a penny Saturday, to three-79 a gallon. That’s the same as last week but it’s 22 cents a gallon more than a month ago. The average in Baltimore City is three-81 a gallon and in the county it’s three-79. Garrett County is the state’s low price leader at three-67 a gallon.
