Frostburg resident Robert Allen Grady was arrested on a District Court Warrant on two counts of second-degree assault and malicious destruction of property. As he was being arrested, several controlled dangerous substances were found on him, including suspected fentanyl and alprazolam. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center, in advance of a District Court appearance.
