Jessica Blair Baker and Kayla Ashley Holt remain jailed without bond in Garrett County, following their arrest on warrants charging them with distribution of fentanyl and methamphetamines. They will remain jailed at the Garrett County Detention Center, pending a judge’s review of a no-bail order from Friday. The arrests were made following a four-month investigation into the sale and distribution of meth and fentanyl in the Grantsville area.
