An argument between Michael Ellsworth Hochard and another person over s social media post, resulted in second degree assault charges for him. Police were called Tuesday to the 300-block of Frederick Street for a disturbance. Hochard was accused of assaulting another person, pushing them to the ground. He was arrested, received a District Court hearing, and later released on personal recognizance.
