The “All In Foster care Summit” is taking place this Wednesday. The event will bring in national and state child welfare leaders to discuss the ongoing foster care crisis in West Virginia. The Mountain State has the highest number of children in foster care, per capita, in the country. The event starts at 9:00 a.m. at the River Ridge Church in Hurricane.
