Cumberland resident Elaine Marie Pilkerton was charged with failure to obey and disorderly conduct following an incident on Reynolds Street Monday. She and another person were involved in a verbal altercation over domestic-type issues. Police say they had been drinking and Ms. Pilkerton continued to create further disturbances. She was arrested and issued criminal citations. She was later released, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
