An investigation is underway in Berkeley County, as a man’s body was found in a waste tank at the Big Springs Water Filtration Plant, south of Martinsburg. The body was found Thursday around 8 a.m., employees arrived for work. He is described as being 5-feet, nine-inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds. He has several tattoos.
