Fifty-six-year-old Leonard Wayne Metzner was arrested on Tuesday for failure to appear earlier this month on an original charge of theft and several counts of destroying a funerary object. While he was being searched, police found a quantity of a controlled dangerous substance on him. He received a District Court hearing and was released after posting a $5,000 unsecured personal bond.
