State labor officials say Maryland’s jobless rate remains at three-percent — which is the lowest rate for the state on record. Preliminary data from January shows Maryland gained 82-hundred jobs. The greatest increase was recorded in the Leisure and Hospitality sector, with a gain of 45-hundred jobs. Sectors that saw declines in jobs included Professional and Business services, as well as Mining and Logging.
