Testimony has resumed in the sexual assault trial of suspended Somerset County District Attorney Jeff Thomas. Thomas is accused of attacking a Windber woman inside her home in September of 2021 and has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him. Jurors have heard three days of testimony from the accuser. She testified under cross examination on Friday where she was asked about her past statements concerning Thomas and her claims.
