Cumberland resident Jared Armon Gore was charged with trespassing and failure to obey, following an incident at a South Mechanic Street business on Saturday. An employee told Cumberland City Police officers that an intoxicated person was being unruly and was advised to leave the property. He did, only to return minutes later. Gore was arrested and taken to Police Headquarters. After being issued criminal citations for trespassing and failure to obey a lawful order, he was released, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
