Cumberland resident Rebecca Reed Zajdel was charged with drug possession following a Tuesday afternoon traffic stop on Maryland Avenue. A K-9 unit indicated a positive alert and she was found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance. She was issued a criminal citation and released, pending trial.
