Cumberland resident Rahman Hadi Wilkins has been charged with trespassing on private property and disturbing the peace following a Tuesday afternoon incident in the 900-block of Bedford Street. Wilkins, who had been causing a disturbance, refused to leave the property, and even though police tried to deescalate the situation, Wilkins refused to cooperate. He was then arrested and taken to police headquarters. He was issued two criminal citations and released pending trial.
