Personal finance website Wallethub ranks Columbia seventh on its list of happiest cities in the U.S. , one spot ahead of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Among the metrics considered are depression rate, income growth and average leisure time spent per day. Baltimore is 150th on the list. Fremont, California, is ranked as the happiest city, while Detroit, Michigan, ranked dead last.
