Cumberland resident Michael Charles Mumford has been charged with trespassing, following an incident yesterday in the 12000-block of Willowbrook Road. Witnesses say Mumford was acting erratically and creating a disturbance. He was advised by officers to leave. He left, but later returned. At that point, he was arrested, and later released on a criminal citation, pending his trial in Allegany County District Court.
