Oldtown resident Erica June Rea Martin faces two counts of theft in two separate theft incidents. On January 26th, she entered a business in the 1300-block of Industrial Boulevard and allegedly concealed a cordless drill under her shirt; when confronted, she refused to pay for the item and fled. On February 9th, she entered a restaurant in the 13000-block of Ali Ghan Road. While placing an order with an employee, she grabbed the phone off the counter and ran from the store. She was served the summonses and released, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
