Cumberland resident Sommer Dawn Knotts was served a bench warrant for failure to comply with the probation conditions from a previous CDS arrest. She was being arrested and officers located CDS paraphernalia on her. She was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center and had been awaiting an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
