Lieutenant Governor Aruna Miller is meeting with local leaders from across the state. Earlier this week, she had a visit from Hagerstown Mayor Takesha Martinez. Martinez happens to be the first Black mayor of Hagerstown. Miller said she was delighted to spend part of her Valentine’s Day with the mayor and her six-year-old daughter. Miller is only the second lieutenant governor in the United States.
