State officials are notifying foster families in West Virginia that their payments this month may be delayed a week. The delay is blamed on a conversion between tracking systems that had to be entered manually. The state is converting from the Families and Children Tracking System to the West Virginia Peoples’ Access to Help. The delay will occur this month only and the system will be back on schedule next month.
