PUBLIC HEARING TO FOCUS ON WILD YOUGH IN GARRETT COUNTY

There will be a public meeting to discuss the future of proposed trails and $4.7 million allocated for them along the Wild Youghiogheny River in Garrett County. Former Governor Larry Hogan allocated $700,000 to the Garrett County Commissioners for capital improvements at Sang Run State Park. The money was allocated without a plan for the trails. Senator Mike McKay wants to make sure that $4.7 million remains in Garrett County.
