The Cumberland Police and Fire Departments responded to a truck fire early yesterday evening on Interstate 68 Eastbound, at Exit 44. Motorists were initially asked to avoid the area, as all lanes were shut down while crews were working. One lane was opened less than an hour later, while both lanes were opened by around 9:30 p.m.
