Criminal summonses were served on three people, in connection to an incident that occurred on January 11th. Christopher Alan Platter, Karina Michelle Iser, and Brittany Renee Clark were each charged with second-degree assault and false imprisonment. The victim told police they tried to leave the residence after a conversation with the three, but they held the victim down and assaulted them. The incident occurred in the 900-block of Grand Avenue. All three were released, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
