STATE FUNDS MAJOR PROJECTS IN WESTERN MARYLAND

Governor Larry Hogan is closing out his term with the Appalachian Regional Commission on a high note.  Just yesterday, the Governor said that three-projects in Western Maryland are receiving a combined 230-thousand-dollars in grants.  They include “Marketing for the Arts” and the “STEM Ready Kids” initiative in Garrett County.  Hogan was the state’s co-chair of the ARC.
