Buffalo Mills, Pennsylvania resident Carol Shaffer was killed in a single-vehicle crash late last week in Fulton County. She lost control of a car, with the vehicle leaving the roadway, striking two reflective road markers, then a tree. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
