CITY LOOKING TO STORE, DISPOSE OF MALL ITEMS

City officials are looking to get rid of, or find homes for a number of items on the downtown Cumberland Mall, before renovation work gets underway in April. Light poles, bike racks, trash receptacles and similar items need to be moved, before excavation on the project can begin. Triton Construction of St. Albans, West Virginia has been contracted to perform the renovation, at a cost of $15 million.
