A 74-year-old Cumberland man was arrested, in connection with an incident stemming from December 9th. Kevin Lee Broughton is accused of backing his vehicle into another causing damage. Broughton allegedly fled the scene. The vehicle was located the next day, and charges-including driving on a suspended license and hit-and-run related traffic charges-were filed. Broughton signed for his copy of the summons and was released pending trial in District Court.
