TWO W.VA. COUNTIES TO APPEAL OPIOID RULING

The decision by U.S. District Judge David Faber on July 4 is being appealed.  Cabell County and the city of Huntington say they will appeal the judges decision to side with drug manufacturers.  The judge said the Big-3 distributors, AmerisourceBergen Drug, Cardinal Health, and McKesson did not fuel the opioid pandemic.  The city and county are seeking two and a half billion dollars in damages.
