Columbia Gas is repairing a gas main today in the Greene Street area. Specifically, the operation is taking place between Johnson and Smallwood Streets. Hours will be between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. The traffic light at the intersection of Greene and Johnson Streets will be turned off, and flaggers will direct traffic around the construction site. Delays should be expected, and residents are advised to avoid the area as much as possible for the work to be completed safely and successfully. Pedestrian walking paths will be maintained throughout construction.
