Cumberland resident Matthew Tyler Zalewski is being held in Allegany County without bond on charges of burglary and theft in Garrett County last October. The incident occurred on Foster’s Inn Road. Additionally he was served a bench warrant for failure to appear in District Court October 16th on theft and credit card charges.
