Twenty-one-year-old Mikayla Elizabeth Holliday of Cumberland, who had an active arrest warrant from Mineral County, was arrested and charged in connection with an incident in the 400-block of Virginia Avenue Sunday evening. She is accused of pushing a person and stealing their cell phone. She fled into a residence on Virginia Avenue, but was located and placed under arrest. She now faces charges of robbery, theft and assault; and, she was held without bond, having the active Mineral County arrest warrant.
