Cumberland resident Jonathan Daniel Hershiser was arrested, following a Saturday night incident in the 400-block of Pennsylvania Avenue. He got into an argument with residents there, and allegedly damaged their vehicle. Hershiser became uncooperative with officers, yelling at them, and hitting one of them with a door. He resisted the arrest but was later taken into custody without incident. He received a District Court hearing and was released on an unsecured $2500 bond.
