The Garrett County Health Department is reporting 90 additional positive COVID-19 results since the last report on Friday. The total number of positives in Garrett County now stands at 357. The new cases include 7 children and teens up to 19 years old, and both men and women in the 20’s to a man in his 80’s. The three counties in Western Maryland have the highest 7-day case rates per 100,000 in the state. The state rate is 28.2, while Allegany County now stands at 112.6; Garrett at 61.05; Washington County’s rate is 40.29.
