Cumberland resident Llamar Leon Jones was being held without bond, following an alleged assault incident in the 100-block of Independence Street. The victim claimed Jones assaulted them, and police observed visible injuries. During a search, officers found suspected heroin on Jones. He received a District Court hearing, and was held at the Allegany County Detention Center, without bond.
