Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolfe is hitting back, after a federal judge ruled that many of his pandemic shutdown orders were unconstitutional. The governor vowed to NOT heed what he called the “irresponsible demands” of President Trump and Republicans in the state legislature concerning the state’s response to the coronavirus. The Wolf Administration said it will appeal the ruling.
