Forty-four year old Bradford Albright of Cumberland has been charged, following a hit-and-run property damage accident in the 11,000-block of Valley Road Wednesday evening. Albright, who had previously had his driving privilege suspended, lost control of the vehicle, striking several mailboxes and an electric pole. The Maryland State Police investigated; Potomac Edison crews responded to the scene for repairs to the electric pole.
