The victim in Sunday morning’s fatal single-vehicle collision on Route 135 near Tri-Towns Plaza has been identified as 73-year-old Roger Wilhelm of Lonaconing. An initial investigation determined that Wilhelm lost control of the vehicle, causing to leave the roadway and overturn. Route 135 was closed for about 5 hours. Also on the scene were Allegany County EMS and the Maryland State Highway Administration.
